Two businesses, one team.
Your Handling Equipment brings together two businesses that customers already knew by name: Yorkshire Handling Equipment in the east, and CSM Services in the west.
Where we came from
1989
CSM Services is established
CSM Services is incorporated. Now based on the Bradley Hall Trading Estate in Standish, near Wigan, it’s known for servicing, maintenance, repairs and compliance support.
2017
Yorkshire Handling Equipment
Yorkshire Handling Equipment is set up to supply new and used forklifts and materials handling equipment, and builds its reputation on word of mouth.
2025
Your Handling Equipment
The two come together as one business, with one team covering sales, hire, finance, servicing, racking and training. #JustAsk

What hasn’t changed
The people, and the way they look after customers. Advice before a sale. A visit to make sure a truck is fit for purpose. A fix the next morning when something isn’t right.
We provide advice and a full technical specification free of charge, take trucks in part exchange or buy whole fleets, and keep local service and parts on hand.
